How to Book

• Check the availability page to see if the dates you're interested in are available - or ring us if it's easier and we'll reserve the dates for you.
• Complete the online booking form. (if you'd rather ring us than complete the form online, we can easily take all the necessary details over the phone)
• We'll then send you an email confirming your booking, and we'll arrange with you how to pay your deposit and the final payment which is usually due six weeks before your holiday starts.
• Your holiday with Big Tree Campervans is booked!

You can pay your deposit and the balance by most major credit cards or by paying it directly into our business account. We of course accept cash and cheques as well, although we can't accept cheques on the day of hire - but we can accept them up to 10 days before your holiday starts.

We know that there are often loads of questions you may have about the campervans or about your holiday. We're really keen to spend time with you talking all these through to make sure you have a fantastic holiday.

Pre-Adventure Calls
If you want to, we can arrange a specific time with you on the phone to talk through your holiday plans and ideas or offer some of our advice about places to visit. Especially if you haven't visited Scotland before, this is a great way to get yourself fired up for your holiday.
